Submitting documents to the Faculty of Graduate Studies

Documents should be submitted with the application -:

  • Dully filled, printed and signed application
  • Payment slip (application fee)
  • Certified copies (from a Justice of Peace, Notary Public, Government Officer at Executive Level) of;
    • Your Degree Certificates and other qualification certificates
    • Your Birth Certificate
    • Your NIC/Driving License/Passport
Documents should be handed over to the FGS faculty office/sent by registered post.
